The PIC's whole job in one screen — 5 minutes, one thumb. Tick what got done, enter headcount, flag blockers, attach a photo. Everything else — percentages, health, billing, the CEO dashboard — updates by itself. Try ticking the items.
Why this works on a real site
A foreman can verify every line here by walking the site for 15 minutes — that's the granularity rule. Ticks carry a timestamp, so Friday batch-ticking is detected (half XP), fresh daily ticks keep the streak. Inspection hold points (NSCP/DPWH) can't be ticked without a photo + Head countersign — and they lock the next mission until cleared.

No refresh, no save button, no spreadsheet. The tap is the data entry.
One project, one verdict. The ring is the only ring — everything else is a comparison (bullet bars with plan ticks) or a trend. Tap Why? and the score explains itself in plain language, each line deep-linking to the screen that fixes it.

The two truths, reconciled
Site % comes from ticks; billed % comes from finance. They are deliberately separate — ticking never touches billing (that protects your invoices) — but the gap between them becomes the most useful card in the app: work you've done and haven't billed yet.
Health score — the formula
The plan is alive. Zoom Year→Day, hover any bar for its story, and drag a bar to reschedule — the slip is recorded automatically (honest replanning earns XP; silent slippage costs it). The orange-outlined chain is the critical path: touch those and turnover moves.

Ranked by execution, not by luck. The score is on-time delivery + streak + zero-delay — so a PIC at 20% on a tower can outrank one at 90% on a fence. Seasons reset monthly; career XP and levels never reset. Verification chips (photo + Head approval) keep it honest.

Zero Delay Club — everyone can be in it
Non-zero-sum by design: the race has 3 medals, but the club takes everyone. Bottom ranks read "building momentum" — never red, never shamed. Bulk-tick flags and integrity data go to the Head's private coaching view only.
